Overalls, Saints, and Nuclear War

I was dining at an Italian restaurant with Gerald Butler (you know the guy from 300) From what I can tell we were business associates. Suddenly, he goes pale and runs out as a group of men enter. They appeared to be mafia related. I casually got up and left. I wasn't worried, I had overalls on, and that allows me to to move unseen by mobsters.

As I left the restaurant, I found myself walking towards my church in California. I noticed people around me were running panicked. Again, I had overalls on so no worries. Then I noticed army making stations every few blocks, so I started to grow a little concerned. Sewage was leaking in the streets coming out of man holes and sirens were going off. It was dark, dusty sun covering dark that makes it look like night.

I ran into my church where I met one of the patron saints. (you would think I'd be thrown off by this, but I was just happy and relieved) I asked him what was going on, and he told me it was the beginning of the nuclear war. I asked him what I could do and he said that there was a place for me, just to go outside.

I went outside where I was approached by a woman with a clipboard.

"Danielle?"

"Yes?"

"Follow me"

So I followed her. As I walked I realized I had my baby in my arms, and my oldest was trailing behind me. The lady turned around and told me she was going to share something top secret with me; How the nuclear war will go down and how the new ice age will begin.

It turns out that over 50 years ago, scientists started dripping iced water underneath america. Literally, half the planet under America is a huge frozen sheet of ice covered by fake land. At the base of this ice, they planted nuclear warheads. The lady showed me a button. She said once I push it, the warheads will carry the ice out and cover the world, neutralizing all people and weapons (ice, it stops war) She told me it was my duty to decide if the war outside ever got so bad that we needed to push it, because as a result, half the planet would die, but the rest would live in peace.

She left me at the station, and I looked out of the station window at the world. The view showed fields of endless flowers glistening in the moonlight. I looked back at the button in front of me.

Conclusion: I was staring at the button and my hands twitched. I woke up.
